My client based in Belfast has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team. This is a contract role with salary between £17000 – £18000 for the successful candidate

Duties:
– Process high volume purchase invoices
– Match batch and coding of invoices
– Match invoices to purchase orders
– Supplier reconciliations
– Deal with supplier queries
– Prepare weekly payments
– General finance duties
– Maintain and update databases

Criteria:
– At least 12 months purchase ledger experience
– Educated to GCSE levelincluding Maths and English
