We are presently recruiting for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join a market leading consultancy as they seek to expand their growing in-house team and continue to complete exciting projects with leading contractors across the province, Ireland and UK wide.

The successful Principal Electrical Engineer will be responsible for Building Services design, leading a team of engineers and managing a project from start to finish.

In addition to the above, Principal Electrical Engineer Responsibilities will include:

• Lead on M&E design delivery from outline pre-contracts design stage to final project handover ensuring optimum M&E solution is provided
• Producing specifications, general, outline and detailed system design drawings

Prinicipal Electrical Engineer Essential Criteria:

• Degree level educated in Electrical Engineering or relevant M&E discipline
• 5 years’+ experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer carrying out design and possess a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation and understanding of ensuring compliance

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Travel: All work is NI & ROI based with little travel anticipated.
