Donard Recruitment are working with one of the well-established local company to recruit for an Administrator in their Carryduff office.
The purpose of the administrator is to work as part of a small team working in a fast-paced environment, therefore you must have an excellent eye for detail, be diligent and focused while working on multiple tasks and being able to prioritise your workload.
You will be taking calls from customers and confirming bookings over the phone too complete repairs and fitting for their cars. You will be managing the calendar, securing bookings and offering an excellent customer service.
The salary is £16-18K per annum depending on experience. This role is based in Carryduff.
