My client have an exciting opportunity for a Finance & Admin Assistant to join their Finance & Supply Chain Team on a 25 hour/week contract. This company will offer the Finance & Admin Assistant a very diverse role within a well established team where you will work within this fast-paced, dynamic environment working as part of a small but highly competent and driven team.

 

This is a 25 hour/week contract which must be worked over 5 days, the hours of work would be perfect for someone looking to work around school times, with the option of either 8.30am – 1.30pm or 9.30am -2.30pm and the role offers a salary of £17 – £21K (Pro Rata).

 

The Responsibilities of the Finance & Admin Assistant will include:

 

  • Maintenance of stock purchase ledger including matching and recording of all purchase invoices received, seeking approvals, processing and coding of invoices and dealing with supplier queries as they arise.
  • General sales team support including management of season ticket allocations
  • Handling all logistical arrangements for team meetings, trade shows and awards shows
  • Managing ‘point of sale’ stock allocations and logistics
  • Responding to consumer and trade enquiries received online
  • Team holiday calendar management
  • As part of a small finance team, to take a hands-on approach to all aspects of the business, working closely with management, logistics partners and the sales team.
  • Assisting other members of the accounting team in various financial functions as may be necessary from time to time.
